I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now so this review is really overdue. I used to get acrylic nails, but due to my current job, I am not allowed to wear long nails anymore. But I still get other services done like a hard gel manicure or getting a pedicure. No matter what service I am going for, Tram and her team are very nice and welcoming and super friendly. I feel so comfortable walking into the salon. I usually always make an appointment, but there’s been times where I just simply do a walk in and they still accept service for me. I haven’t gone to another nail salon, but this shop just meets my needs!! <3
I am usually really particular with my nails, so it is big that I trust Tram full heartedly to shape, paint, and design my nails. I don't even bother to check them anymore because Tram will usually catch or fix anything before even asking me if I like them. She definitely is a perfectionist and takes pride in her craft! Usually, I come in with some inspo pictures with different nails and ask her to combine some designs, so I can have my own unique set catered to what I like. She consistently executes the design within an hour-ish for my appointments! Not only is she efficient, but also the quality of product and skill is definitely noticeable. My gel x sets from her always last for more than a month before they even show signs of lifting. The nail salon is in a great location with many amenities around to run errands after. The tools are clean and the store is well decorated and spacious. Tram is often playing music, offering snacks, or chatting with you. The rest of the staff are friendly and will definitely hype you up. They like to come watch what Tram is up to and compliment her sets. Shout out to Jenny for my first ever set at The Nail Print. She graciously helped me out as a walk-in. I have definitely become a regular after discovering this shop. I don't normally write reviews, but I do for ones I'm passionate about. The Nail Print and Tram are definitely the real deal and well worth it!
Tram Always makes my nail dreams come true. I always leave with beautiful nails. Even with my busy careless nature, i always come back with all of my nails grown out ….3/4/5 weeks later. I have never seen one lift!
Tammy did my pedicure and was gentle enough to not trigger my ticklish feet, while still providing a thorough pedicure. My nails were very dry and brittle when I came in due to letting my previous gel manicure peel off. Jenny educated me on how to prevent this in the future and taught me some other nail care tips, which I appreciated. Tram, the owner, is so sweet! I happened to come in on a day her dog was in office. The dog, Karma, is just as cute as the rest of the kitschy-decorated salon. Good experience overall with reasonable prices for the area.
Vanessa is so awesome and this salon is just a nice place to go. The employees seem happy, the shop is clean and with fun/cute decorations and music, and I get a great manicure every time I go (3x now). Vanessa takes a lot of care with my nails and makes sure the shape is perfect. I also just got a Christmas set done with her and she wowed me with her creativity and the attention to detail, already got so many compliments on them!!
tram is an amazing nail artist and ensured the design was what i wanted! the art, application, and attention to detail were perfect! the salon is also super cute
I've been going to Tram for a few years and I'm so happy she was able to get her own salon. She's such a hard worker and great mentor to other nail techs. The other nail techs are super sweet and use a lot of the products Tram uses. They use all new nail filers each time and it feels so clean. I love how it's located in a safe parking lot also. There may be a wait with walk ins, so I recommend booking an appointment. Also be patient if you have an appointment as each nail tech takes their time to leave client's happy. You won’t be disappointed. Price point depends on what you request. I can spend under 100 to near 200 each time, but it lasts me 4-5 week before my next fill.
I've been seeing Tram and Jenny for over 6 months so this review is overdue. They're incredibly talented at what they do. The attention to detail and ability to create beautiful nail designs time after time is what keeps me loyal. If you're looking for a new nail tech, I highly recommend Tram or Jenny!
By far the best nail salon in San Jose! T is absolutely incredible and the dedication she has for her craft and her salon is unmatched. It’s clean and the atmosphere is inviting. I can confidently say after coming here I truly cannot go anywhere else. Her and her staff are extremely welcoming and friendly every time I come in. If you don’t book here you are definitely wasting your time! Book here and I promise you won’t regret it!

I just got the best pedicure I’ve ever had here 😍 The salon is clean and pretty, & the woman who did my nails paid such close attention to detail. I left with perfect French tips toes. I will only be coming here from now on🥰
I’ve been coming here since they opened, love their services and how accommodating they can be. In love with every set done by Tram. She really takes the time and will always ask what you want done, will ask you for a picture and she will do just that. Always exceeds my expectations. My daughter also gets her nails done by Vanessa. The whole staff is so friendly. I’m obsessed!
Super clean and comfortable :) surprisingly always open to walk-ins. Good for high quality nails that last.
